Eligibility for Refunds and Replacements
Because each product is custom-made, refunds are generally not available.
Issues will typically be resolved through replacements. Refunds may only be considered if a replacement is not possible.
We will replace products in the following cases:
- Shipping damage (visible packaging or product damage)
- Manufacturing defects
- Customization errors caused by Shallprint (wrong design, text, or size)
Not eligible for replacement:
- Color, texture, or size variations due to screen display differences, natural material variations, or normal craftsmanship characteristics
- Customer-provided errors, including typos, incorrect details, or approval of an incorrect design

Most cheap yard signs are printed with low-resolution inkjet and fade within weeks. Ours are printed using UV-resistant digital printing that locks color deep into the surface—staying vivid outdoors for months, not days.
Every sign ships with an H-stake included, so there's nothing extra to buy. You order, it arrives, you push it into the ground. Done.
We use 4mm corrugated plastic (Coroplast)—the same material trusted by real estate agents, political campaigns, and event organizers nationwide. It's rigid, lightweight, and built to handle sun, rain, and wind without warping or cracking.
For events that span a weekend or a full season, this material holds up reliably without special care.

Upload your artwork directly on the product page when placing your order. We accept JPG, PNG, and SVG files. For the cleanest print, use a minimum resolution of 150 DPI at the final print size—higher is always better.

Colors may appear slightly different in print versus on-screen—this is normal across all print products and depends on your monitor's brightness and color calibration. We print in CMYK color mode, which is the standard for physical printing.
If color accuracy is critical (e.g., brand logos), we recommend providing Pantone or CMYK color values in your file or notes. You can also reach out before ordering and we'll advise.

The corrugated plastic is fully water-resistant—rain won't damage the board or cause the print to run. UV-resistant ink helps colors stay bright through extended sun exposure. For severe storms or high winds, bringing the sign in will extend its life.
Setup takes about 30 seconds: slide the included H-stake into the vertical channels on the back of the sign, then push the legs firmly into the ground. Displaying on concrete or asphalt? Use zip ties to attach to a fence, or contact us about other mounting options.

We stand behind our work. If your sign arrives damaged in transit or has a print defect, send us a photo within 7 days of delivery and we'll reprint and reship it at no charge.
Issues caused by low-resolution artwork or incorrect file formatting are not covered, which is why we recommend reviewing the file guidelines before uploading.
