Welcome to Shallprinting. These Terms & Conditions explain the rules and conditions that apply when you visit shallprinting.com, place an order, upload custom files, or use our products and services.

By accessing or using our website, you agree to these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree with these terms, please do not use this website or place an order.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old, or use this website with the supervision and consent of a parent or legal guardian.

Our website and services are not intended for direct use by children under the age of 13. If you are purchasing a product that includes a child’s image, you confirm that you have the right and authority to submit that image for printing.

2. Use of Our Website

Shallprinting grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable right to access and use our website for personal or business purchasing purposes.

You may not copy, reproduce, resell, exploit, interfere with, or misuse any part of the website without our written permission.

You agree not to use our website for unlawful, fraudulent, harmful, or abusive activities.

3. Account Registration

You may be able to create an account on our website.

If you create an account, you agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information. You are responsible for keeping your login information confidential and for all activity that occurs under your account.

If you believe your account has been used without authorization, please contact us as soon as possible.

4. Product Information

We make reasonable efforts to display product information, pricing, size options, materials, images, and descriptions accurately.

However, product colors, scale, and appearance may vary slightly due to screen settings, file quality, lighting, material differences, production methods, and normal printing variation.

We reserve the right to correct errors, update product information, change pricing, or discontinue products at any time.

5. Custom Orders

Many Shallprinting products are custom-made based on the photos, artwork, text, sizes, and options submitted by each customer.

By placing a custom order, you understand that your product is produced specifically for you and may not be eligible for standard returns or refunds unless there is an eligible production issue, shipping damage, or order error.

Please review all product options, uploaded files, text, names, dates, colors, sizes, and design details carefully before submitting your order.

6. Customer-Submitted Content

When you upload photos, artwork, logos, text, designs, or other custom files, you grant Shallprinting a limited, non-exclusive license to use those materials only as needed to prepare, proof, print, produce, package, ship, support, review, or resolve issues related to your order.

We will not use your uploaded photos, personal images, artwork, designs, or custom files in advertising, public marketing, social media, product examples, or promotional materials without your consent.

You confirm that you own or have permission to use all content submitted to us. You are responsible for ensuring that your submitted content does not infringe any copyright, trademark, privacy right, publicity right, or other third-party right.

7. Prohibited Custom Content

You may not upload or submit content that is illegal, harmful, defamatory, abusive, hateful, obscene, sexually explicit, infringing, counterfeit, or otherwise violates the rights of others.

You may not submit content that uses protected trademarks, logos, copyrighted characters, celebrity images, sports team marks, brand names, or third-party intellectual property unless you have the legal right or authorization to use them.

We reserve the right to reject, cancel, or refuse any order if we believe the submitted content may violate these terms, applicable law, or third-party rights.

8. Digital Proofs

For eligible custom orders, a digital proof may be requested or required before production.

If a digital proof is requested or required, production will begin after the proof is approved. Choosing a proof may add at least 1 business day to your delivery timeline. Delayed proof approval may further extend the order timeline.

You are responsible for carefully reviewing the proof, including text, spelling, layout, image placement, size, and cutout shape. Once a proof is approved and the order moves into production, issues already shown in the approved proof are generally not eligible for replacement or refund unless the final product differs from the approved proof due to an error by Shallprinting.

9. Color, Material, and Production Tolerances

Printed colors may vary slightly from what appears on a screen. Monitor settings, lighting conditions, file setup, ink, and material differences can affect final color appearance.

Minor color differences, cutting tolerances, material texture differences, and slight measurement variations are normal in custom printed products and are not considered manufacturing defects unless they significantly affect normal display use.

Please make sure uploaded files are clear, high-resolution, and suitable for printing. Low-resolution, blurry, cropped, or poor-quality files may affect the final printed result.

10. Pricing, Promotions, and Payment

All prices are listed in U.S. dollars unless otherwise stated.

We reserve the right to update prices, promotions, discounts, and product availability at any time. Promotional offers are subject to the terms displayed at the time of purchase and may not apply to all products, shipping methods, or order types.

Payment must be completed before production begins. Payments are processed through secure third-party payment providers. Shallprinting does not store complete credit card numbers or full payment account details on our own systems.

Any applicable sales tax, if required, will be calculated and displayed at checkout before payment.

11. Production, Shipping, and Delivery

Orders are reviewed and prepared every day, Monday through Sunday.

Most custom products are completed within 1 business day after the order details and printable file are received. Some orders may require 1–2 business days depending on the product type, order quantity, file quality, or seasonal order volume.

Carrier pickup and package transportation are handled on business days, Monday through Friday, excluding carrier holidays.

Delivery estimates are provided for reference and are not guaranteed. Weather conditions, carrier delays, holidays, high seasonal demand, remote delivery areas, incorrect addresses, or other events outside our control may affect delivery time.

12. Returns, Replacements, and Refunds

Because many of our products are personalized and made to order, we generally do not accept returns or refunds for change of mind, event cancellation, incorrect product selection, or customer-provided errors.

If there is a production issue, shipping damage, missing item, wrong item, or order error caused by Shallprinting, please contact us within 30 days of delivery.

Eligible issues may be resolved through a replacement, refund, or another suitable solution after review.

13. Order Cancellation

Because custom orders may move into preparation or production quickly, cancellation requests must be submitted as soon as possible.

We cannot guarantee that an order can be canceled after production has started, after a digital proof has been approved, or after the order has shipped.

If cancellation is possible, we will confirm the request and any applicable refund details.

14. Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including text, graphics, layouts, icons, logos, product images, design elements, and website features, is owned by Shallprinting or licensed to us, unless otherwise stated.

You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, or use any website content for commercial purposes without our written permission.

Shallprinting does not claim ownership of customer-submitted photos, artwork, logos, or custom files. Customer-submitted content remains subject to the rights of its original owner.

15. Third-Party Links and Services

Our website may include links to third-party websites, payment providers, shipping carriers, social media platforms, or other services.

We are not responsible for the content, privacy practices, security, availability, or policies of third-party websites or services.

Your use of third-party services may be subject to their own terms and policies.

16. Website Availability

We try to keep our website available and functioning properly, but we do not guarantee that the website will always be uninterrupted, error-free, secure, or available at all times.

We may update, suspend, restrict, or discontinue any part of the website at any time without prior notice.

17. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Shallprinting shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, punitive, or consequential damages arising from your use of the website, products, or services.

Our total liability for any claim related to an order shall not exceed the amount paid for the product or order giving rise to the claim.

Nothing in these terms limits any rights that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.

18. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Shallprinting, its employees, contractors, service providers, and agents from any claims, losses, damages, liabilities, costs, or expenses arising from:

• Your submitted content

• Your violation of any law or third-party right
• Any claim that your submitted content infringes or violates another person’s rights

19. Force Majeure

Shallprinting is not responsible for delays or failures caused by events outside our reasonable control, including but not limited to severe weather, natural disasters, carrier disruptions, internet failures, labor disputes, government actions, emergencies, pandemics, or supply shortages.

20. Dispute Resolution

If a dispute arises, we encourage you to contact us first so we can try to resolve the issue directly.

To the extent permitted by law, disputes related to these Terms & Conditions, your order, or your use of our website may be resolved through individual arbitration or another legally permitted dispute resolution process.

You agree that any dispute will be handled on an individual basis and not as part of a class action, unless applicable law provides otherwise.

21. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Massachusetts and applicable U.S. federal law, without regard to conflict of law principles, unless otherwise required by applicable law.

22. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time.

When changes are made, the updated version will be posted on this page. Your continued use of our website after changes are posted means you accept the updated terms.

23. Severability

If any part of these Terms & Conditions is found to be invalid, unlawful, or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in effect.
