Shipping Information
1. Shipping Coverage
We currently ship within the contiguous United States only.
Orders cannot be delivered to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, APO/FPO addresses, or international destinations at this time.
2. Processing & Production Time
Orders are reviewed and prepared every day, Monday through Sunday.
Most custom orders are processed, produced, and ready to ship by the next business day after the order details and printable file are received.
Some orders may require 1–2 business days depending on the product type, order quantity, file quality, proof approval, or seasonal order volume.
If a digital proof is requested or required, production will begin after the proof is approved. Choosing a proof may add at least 1 business day to your delivery timeline. Delayed proof approval may further extend the order timeline.
3. Shipping Method
We ship orders via FedEx, UPS, and USPS.
We use a third-party shipping platform to select available carrier services based on the delivery address, package size, package weight, and the shipping option selected at checkout.
Standard Shipping is generally fulfilled through an available FedEx, UPS, or USPS ground or economy service.
Rush Shipping is generally fulfilled through an available FedEx, UPS, or USPS expedited service.
Carrier pickup and package transportation are handled on business days, Monday through Friday, excluding carrier holidays.
4. Delivery Time
Standard Shipping: Typically 3–5 business days after production is complete.
Rush Shipping: Typically 2–3 business days after production is complete.
Delivery estimates are based on normal carrier transit times. Weather conditions, carrier delays, holidays, high seasonal demand, remote delivery areas, or incorrect addresses may affect the final delivery date.
5. Free Shipping Policy
Enjoy Free Standard Shipping on eligible U.S. orders of $59 or more after discounts and before tax.
Free shipping applies to Standard Shipping only. Expedited shipping, oversized items, or special handling may require additional shipping fees, which will be shown at checkout before payment.
6. Sales Tax & Duties
Any applicable sales tax will be calculated and displayed at checkout before payment.
If no sales tax is shown at checkout, no sales tax is collected for that order.
Because we currently ship only within the contiguous United States, international customs duties and import taxes do not apply at this time.
7. Pickup Option
For local customers, we may provide the option to pick up your order at designated pickup points when available. Pickup details will be shown during checkout or confirmed by our support team.
8. Tracking Your Order
Every shipment includes a tracking number.
Registered customers can view tracking updates directly in their Order History under the account dashboard.
Guest checkout users will receive tracking information via email once the order has shipped.
9. Important Notes
Shipping times include production time and carrier transit time.
Please make sure your shipping address is complete and accurate before placing the order. We are not responsible for delays or failed delivery caused by incorrect or incomplete addresses provided at checkout.
If your package is delayed, lost in transit, or returned to sender, please contact our support team at info@shallprint.com. We will help review the shipment status and assist with the next steps.
