Complete orders placed before 12 a.m. EST on a business day will leave our facility the next business day. Various shipping options are available.

If your order is time-sensitive, we would recommend expedited shipping options.

Upload your photo directly on the product page. If you have special files or need help, you may also email them to us.

High-resolution photos with good lighting and clear details produce the best cutouts. Avoid blurry or dark photos.

Please note we can offer light photo editing, but we do not offer full design services.

We would recommend adding a proof to any order with editing.

For standees, there is an option to receive a proof when you are building your order. If you select this option, our trained, professional Photo Editor will provide you with a digital proof to approve before printing.

Proofs include up to 3 revisions. Each revision after the first proof will require a 1 business day processing time.

Please add minimum 1 business day to estimated delivery date if you add a proof to your order.

We do not offer proofs for our BigHead products.

Please notify Customer Service within 1 hour of placing your order if you wish to change the image.

If you would like to change your photo and it has been longer than 1 hour since placing your order, please reach out to our Customer Service team and we can check if your product has printed yet.

Outside of 1 hour, there are no guarantees that we can change your photo.

If you received a Free Digital Proof, you may respond to the email with a new photo if you would like.

We guarantee that you'll be extremely happy with the quality of your cardboard cutout standee or BigHead. We use the latest printing technology, and go to extremes to ensure that the cutouts we make are top notch.

If you're not completely satisfied with the product you receive, please contact us. We will first make every attempt to replace your item at no cost. If we are unable to provide a satisfactory replacement, Shallprint will provide a full refund.

Absolutely. We take privacy extremely seriously.
Your photos are used exclusively for producing your custom cutout and are never shared, stored for secondary use, sold, or used for marketing under any circumstances. All images are handled securely and deleted according to our internal data protection policy.

Your personal content remains strictly confidential — without exception.

Our products are currently manufactured using 3/16-inch corrugated plastic.

3/16-inch corrugated plastic delivers high-quality print results while withstanding all weather conditions. It provides a surface as smooth as foam board but is waterproof. This plastic is highly durable and can be reused multiple times. The product includes a plastic double-wing bracket. This bracket uses hook-and-loop fasteners for secure attachment and is removable, facilitating reuse and portability.

Our Big Heads and standees are printed directly onto 3/16 inch corrugated plastic using high-quality digital printing. The surface naturally has a smooth, low-glare, semi-matte appearance that enhances color and clarity without being overly shiny. There is no additional lamination or coating applied.

Yes. They are waterproof and can withstand normal outdoor conditions.

Yes. Our Cardboard Cutouts include a detachable plastic stand attached with Velcro for easy setup and storage.

Sizes such as 30", 36", and 47" require scoring and folding to meet shipping size limits. Fold lines are normal and do not affect display quality.

12" and 24" ship flat.
30" and 36" are folded in half.
47" is folded into quarters.

We ship using UPS, FedEx, and USPS.

Standard shipping takes 3–5 business days; expedited options arrive in 2–4 business days.

Weekend delivery is not available at this time.

Address changes can be made before production begins. Once shipped, the address cannot be changed.

We accept major credit cards, PayPal, and other standard online payment methods.

Yes. Simply attach the stand to the back using the provided Velcro and unfold it into position.

Yes. Store in a cool, dry place and avoid placing heavy items on top.

Our digital printing is UV-stable and resistant to fading under normal outdoor use.
