- Most custom products are produced within 1–2 business days before shipping.

Eligibility for Refunds and Replacements
Because each product is custom-made, refunds are generally not available.
Issues will typically be resolved through replacements. Refunds may only be considered if a replacement is not possible.
We will replace products in the following cases:
- Shipping damage (visible packaging or product damage)
- Manufacturing defects
- Customization errors caused by Shallprint (wrong design, text, or size)
Not eligible for replacement:
- Color, texture, or size variations due to screen display differences, natural material variations, or normal craftsmanship characteristics
- Customer-provided errors, including typos, incorrect details, or approval of an incorrect design

Upload the original photo (avoid screenshots/compressed files). Best results come from a photo with a clear face, good lighting, and no obstructions (minimal glare). Clear originals help us achieve cleaner cut edges and sharper print.
Changes are usually possible before production begins. Contact us ASAP—once printing/cutting starts, changes may be limited. Please double-check your upload and notes right after ordering.
We offer multiple Cut Styles (e.g., Face-Only / Head-and-Shoulders / Half-Body). Choose Face-Only for maximum impact, Head-and-Shoulders for the most natural look, or Half-Body to show more outfit/pose.

Corrugated Plastic: Ideal for outdoor use—water-resistant, more rigid, less likely to
warp, with reliable print results.
Foam Board: Delivers the sharpest print clarity
and fine details, great for indoor displays and photos.
For outdoor use, we recommend Corrugated Plastic for better water resistance and rigidity. In windy conditions, secure it properly or avoid strong wind exposure.
Sizes larger than 24'' do not include a stick. For handheld use, we recommend 24'' or smaller.
We print in CMYK, while screens display in RGB—so slight differences can happen. To reduce color shift, upload CMYK artwork/files when possible and avoid heavy filters or extreme edits.
We aim to keep key details and a clean outline. For best results, upload an original with clear hair edges and avoid busy backgrounds or backlighting. If you choose Proof, you can request edge preferences before production.
