Photo Safety & File Handling
• Your uploaded photos and design files are used only for order preparation, digital proof creation, printing, quality review, customer support, and fulfillment.
• We do not sell your uploaded photos, personal images, artwork, or custom files.
• We will not use your uploaded photos, designs, or custom files in advertising, social media, product examples, or public marketing without your consent.
• Order-related files may be retained for a reasonable period to support customer service, reorders, quality review, or legal and accounting requirements.
• Please make sure you have the right to use any photo, logo, artwork, or design submitted for printing.
Shipping & Delivery
• Most custom orders are processed, produced, and ready to ship by the next business day after file review. If a digital proof is requested or required, production begins after proof approval, and choosing a proof may add at least 1 business day to your delivery timeline.
• We ship orders via FedEx, UPS, and USPS. We use a third-party shipping platform to select available carrier services based on the delivery address, package size, package weight, and the shipping option selected at checkout.
• Standard Shipping typically takes 3–5 business days after production is complete and is generally fulfilled through an available ground or economy service. Rush Shipping typically takes 2–3 business days after production is complete and is generally fulfilled through an available expedited service.
• Free Standard Shipping is available on eligible U.S. orders of $59 or more after discounts and before tax. Delivery timelines are estimates and may be affected by carrier delays, weather, holidays, remote delivery areas, or service availability.

Refund & Replacement Policy
• Because our products are personalized and made to order, change-of-mind requests, event cancellations, incorrect product selections, or customer-provided errors are reviewed differently from standard retail returns.
• If your order arrives damaged, has a production issue, is missing an item, or includes an error caused by Shallprinting, please contact us within 30 days of delivery for review.
• Eligible issues are usually resolved through a replacement or remake. A refund may be provided if a replacement is not possible or is not the most suitable solution.
